1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@thefightingroad.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
3. Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@thefightingroad.com.
- For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@thefightingroad.com.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@thefightingroad.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
